2. Fitness Blitz
Short and vigorous outings, typically at dawn or dusk, geared towards the fitness-minded traveller who wishes to stay in shape while on vacation or business. Also ideal for those with limited time, to get a taste of the great outdoors. These customized and exclusive outings take the form of a fast-paced walk or a trail-run along mountain paths. There is something for everyone, from rank beginners to hard-core mountaineers, all of it located in sensational settings. Contrary to popular believe, you don’t need to ripple with muscle and brim with boldness to scale sheer cliffs and enjoy the thrill of mountaineering. What you do need is a fairly good head for heights and a sense of adventure coupled with a willingness to get out of your comfort zone. Together with our qualified, competent and highly-experienced guides, you are ensured an unforgettable experience that will change the way you look at mountains. Hike Table Mountain offers a full range of mountaineering activities to suit all levels of experience and ability. These include the following:

5. Cape Point hikes
Some spectacular trails skirt the rugged coast around Cape Point, taking you across deserted beaches and along cliffs rising sheer from the ocean. Rivalling the scenic splendour of Table Mountain, this unspoilt national park offers the nature lover and active traveller a wealth of experience. Hiking takes you off the tourist trail, giving you full access to the essence of the region and optimising your experience of this exquisite headland. Like Table Mountain, Cape Point sees a lot of visitors; if you don’t know the area, it is easy to get bogged down in the crowds and come away with a second-rate experience. We run exclusive and tailored day-trips to the Cape of Good Hope National Park, offering hikes along a variety of trails within the park and taking in the main attractions on the Cape Peninsula. This is a comprehensive tour of the Cape Peninsula and Cape Point suitable for all fitness and experience levels. We start early and finish late, taking our time to soak up the sights, smells and sounds. If you are averse to crowds or enjoy being active in nature, our Cape Point trip is a must.
